Henry Kapono is a performer who has it all – vocalist, guitarist, songwriter, composer, thrilling performer, audience favorite—and multiple honors and awards, including a Grammy nomination. He was inducted into the Grammy Museum in 2017. He has taken home 21 Na Hoku Hanohano Awards (Hawaii’s “Grammy”) including Male Vocalist of the Year, Song of the Year, Single of the Year, Album of the Year, Rock Album of the Year, and Lifetime Achievement, and in 2021, Henry was honored by his peers with the Na Hoku Award for Contemporary Album, and by the general public with the Na Hoku for Favorite Entertainer. His most recent Nā Hōku Award in 2022 is for Anthology of the Year, with his album “Henryʻs Positive World”.
