Carl Verheyen Band

Mainstage Theatre, 216 Union Street, Seattle

Carl Verheyen, recognized as “One of the World’s Top 10 Guitarists” by Guitar Magazine and “One of the Top 100 Guitarists of All Time” by Classic Rock magazine, is bringing his five-member Carl Verheyen Band to Seattle's Triple Door on Friday, June 28. In addition to his 25-year solo career, Verheyen has been Supertramp’s lead guitarist for three-plus decades and has performed on dozens of the most popular records, TV shows and movies of all time. Recently he’s teamed up with Police drummer Stewart Copeland, playing a series of concerts in major symphony halls across North America.

Carl's band includes longtime collaborator and bassist Dave Marotta (Phil Collins, Gino Vanelli, Burt Bacharach), ace drummer John Mader (Bonnie Raitt, John Fogerty, Steve Miller) and keyboardist and guitarist Troy Dexter (Wilson Phillips, Venice). Together, these world-class musicians perform a stunning mix of rock, blues, jazz, country and more. The recent addition of Hollye Dexter on background vocals adds four-part harmony to the already virtuoso musicianship.
